TRAVELER PROFILe
Please give me as much information as possible below. At a minimum, I need the details as shown on your government issued ID; however, the more I know about your travel preferences, the better I’m able to plan for your specific needs and tastes.
Work will begin after trip Planning Fees have been paid, and once a Client Agreement, valid credit card, traveler profile and copies of passports/IDs are on file.
If you haven’t already, please fill out my Client Agreement and email a scanned copy of your passport and driver’s license to dbragg@smartflyer.com.
