PLANNING FEE SCHEDULE

A quote for trip planning will be provided after an initial consultation. Fees paid to David Bragg Travel (DBT) are non-refundable and are for planning time only. Payment of fees does not guarantee availability or confirmation. It should be noted that by enlisting our services, there is an implicit understanding that all components quoted will be booked by DBT. Schedule your consultation with me here.

HOTEL / RESORT BOOKING ONLY

  • Hotel / Resort with known destination and budget – Complimentary

    • More than three options, $250

    • More than one client initiated change, $250 per change

  • Hotel / Resort with research required – starting at $250

    • More than three options, additional $250

    • More than one client initiated change, $250 per change

If services associated with itinerary planning are requested, additional fees may apply.
Air ticketing fees are not included in hotel / resort booking fees.

ITINERARY PLANNING

  • Customized Itinerary – starting at $500 per destination

    • Itinerary outline and proposal with up to three edits

    • Confirmation and trip management of all travel services booked by DBT

    • PDF and digital itinerary available in SmartFlyer App, additional $150

    • Last minute and special circumstances, additional $150

  • Concierge Fees, unless included in original itinerary – $50 per service

    • Spa appointments and restaurant reservations­­

    • Services coordinated through hotel, airline, etc.

    • Tickets to shows etc.

      *Generally speaking, DBT assumes each trip will have a handful of concierge requests that will be incorporated into the itinerary; in lieu of charging daily concierge fees, I’m happy to connect clients directly with the hotel concierge.

  • Specialty Services, unless included in original itinerary

    • Rail ticketing, $50 per transaction added at time of booking

    • Visa + Passport Consultation, $50 per person

    • Luggage Shipping, $50 per transaction

    • Unique items handled independently from itinerary planning – 15% of service

Air ticketing fees are not included in itinerary planning fees.

SET DEPARTURE GROUP TOURS + CRUISES

  • Booking only with tour company (e.g. A&K) or cruise line – Complimentary

  • Pre- and post- planning – See hotel and itinerary planning fees

Air ticketing fees are not included in group tour and cruise planning fees.

AIR TICKETING FEES

  • Domestic ticketing fee – $50 per ticket

  • International ticketing fee – $100 per ticket

  • Ticketing change fee – $50 per ticket

CANCELLATION + CHANGE POLICY

Fully confirmed itineraries that need to be adjusted or re-booked may result in a change fee similar to the total trip planning and associated services costs initially charged by DBT.

Fees and penalties from suppliers vary and are separate, which is why I always recommend travel insurance.
